Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender (LGBT) Voice Counts Survey

There are over 60,000 Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) people in Hertfordshire... LGBT survey logo 300x180

... yet many LGBT people, their children, parents or family carers do not disclose their LGBT status when at work, in education, when using healthcare services or when receiving other goods and services. This can mean that sometimes they do not receive the right services or that services are not aware of how to best meet their specific needs.

A number of public service organisations have joined together to support and fund the first ever Hertfordshire LGBT Voice Counts Survey, including Hertfordshire Police Authority, which will improve understanding of the needs and experiences of LGBT people in Hertfordshire. Responses will be used to inform the planning and delivery of local services to ensure that they better meet LGBT people's needs.

The LGBT Voice Counts Survey will be live between 25th January and 22nd March 2010. The questionnaire can be completed online at  www.lgbtvoicecounts.co.uk. Alternatively, you can download the questionnaire here.
You can also email survey@lgbtvoicecounts.co.uk or call 07508 416076 to request a questionnaire in English, another language or another format.

Thank you for your support
