Hertfordshire Police Authority Welcomes Strong Mid-Year Performance Results
Hertfordshire Police Authority welcomed strong performance results at the presentation from Chief Constable Andy Bliss at a seminar on 4 November.
The Chairman of Hertfordshire Police Authority, David Lloyd said
“One of the key roles for the Police Authority is to monitor performance of the Constabulary on behalf of the public. We are delighted with progress in performance in reducing crime and in particular reducing burglary which is our top priority for the public. At a time of reducing police budgets Hertfordshire Constabulary has shown that it is possible to maintain good performance. Now is not the time to be complacent but I send the heartfelt thanks of the Police Authority on behalf of the residents of Hertfordshire to the Constabulary for their continued good policing”
