David Lloyd will ask the following question:

‘In my local Parish, and I understand also in other neighbourhoods in the county, local NH Inspectors, Sergeants and PCs are saying that they can no longer attend community meetings and surgeries that take place outside of their normal shift pattern hours. This is causing concern to local communities. 
Can the Chief Constable please look into these reports and confirm that Neighbourhood Policing Team officers are able and encouraged to change their shifts wherever possible to enable them to fulfil their commitments to attend local community meetings and surgeries.’

“That under section 100A of the Local Government Act 1972, the Press and Public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraphs 1, 3 and 7 of Part I of Schedule 12A of the Act, and the public interest test not to disclose information outweighs the public interest in disclosing it.”
